The Annie May Swift Society

The Annie May Swift Society is named in honor of Annie May Swift, the daughter of businessman Gustavus F. Swift and a former student at Northwestern. In 1895, Mr. Swift provided the funding for Annie May Swift Hall, an important center of activity for the School of Communication.

Funds from the society support a wide range of needs and initiatives at the School — from faculty to scholarships and fellowships to facilities expansion. The society includes donors who contribute $1,000 or more annually to the School of Communication.

Members also receive the benefit of joining the Northwestern University Leadership Circle, a University-wide giving society.
